Glass reaction systems

For chemically aggressive substances under low pressure or vacuum.

Our production of glass borosilicate 3.3 reactors ranges from laboratory units to turnkey solutions for industrial production in sectors like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and cosmetics. These systems offer high resistance to extremely aggressive substances and comply with GMP/API/FDA standards, operating under low pressure or vacuum conditions.

Standard reactors range from 10 to 200 litres, featuring jacketed thermal regulation and glass caps or Teflon plates, bottom valves, agitator units with PTFE dry mechanical seals, vapor rising lines, tubular or serpentine heat exchangers, reflux heads, phase separators, hydraulic guards, sample outlets, and collection flasks.

All systems come with CE certification and can be equipped with ATEX certification and instrumentation for process control, temperature monitoring, safety systems, load cells, pH meters, and other customer-required probes.
