Nutsche filters

A Nutsche filter is equipment designed for solid-liquid separation processes through pressure filtration and partial vacuum drying by heating in a jacket. This type of operation is particularly common in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

Depending on the process required by the customer, we can manufacture jacketed Nutsche filters with capacities ranging from 5 to 200 litres in borosilicate glass 3.3 and in stainless steel or glass-lined up to 350 litres. These devices can be equipped with glass, PTFE-coated steel, stainless steel, or glass-lined caps and equipped with agitators with ATEX mechanical seals or magnetic drive, and all the services, lines, and components necessary for the process.

Our construction technology allows to speed up and simplifying the management, maintenance, and cleaning of the filter thanks to pneumatic, hydraulic, or motorized opening and lifting systems, filter plate rotation systems, and other customizations.

All systems are supplied with an EC Declaration of Conformity and can be supplied with ATEX and PED certification where applicable.
