Pilot plants

From basic equipment to complete systems, we specialize in designing and building pilot plants with capacities up to 400 litres, providing full technical and engineering support from defining and developing P&I to certification practices.
Our expertise in borosilicate glass 3.3, stainless steel, Hastelloy, and glass-lined steel allows us maximum flexibility in developing customized technical solutions, including material selection and operating conditions for pressures and temperatures according to project requirements with extremely aggressive and/or sensitive products.
Each plant can be equipped with agitation units, heat exchangers, phase separators, process control instrumentation, temperature and pressure monitoring systems, safety features, load cells, sample taps, and other probes as requested by the customer, with turnkey supply and control system with PLC.
All plants come with CE conformity declaration and can be accompanied by ATEX and PED certifications, where applicable.
