The range of EVR Rotary Evaporators includes models with cylindrical or spherical evaporation flasks with capacities from 10 to 100 litres, complete with a thermostatic bath which is heated by electric resistance or steam, and equipped with a stainless-steel cooling coil with a hydraulic lifting system. The vacuum pump is available as an option, and the machines can be configured with one or two glass coil condensers, reflux head, subcooler, and one or two collection flasks from 5 to 50 litres.
They are designed to operate under vacuum to simultaneously and separately recover the solvent and solute; the use of borosilicate 3.3 glass and PTFE in the construction of the equipment allows the treatment of aggressive substances in maximum safety, also in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
Thanks to the computerized touch screen control panel (PLC), it is possible to manage the operation of the equipment, monitor the process remotely, and operate the probes and all installed instrumentation. The setup is available according to IP55 or ATEX standards.
