Stainless steel, glass-lined and Hastelloy reaction systems

Plants for chemical reactions at medium/high pressure and high temperatures.

A range of reactors, from 10 to 400 litres, made of stainless steel, glass-lined steel, Hastelloy, or other alloys to suit various substance characteristics, operating at medium/high-pressure or vacuum (-1 ÷ +6/50 bar) and temperatures from -90 to +280°C.

Each reactor can be equipped with agitator units with mechanical seals and various impeller configurations, vapor rising lines, process lines, tubular heat exchangers, monitoring instrumentation, safety systems, and collection tanks. The equipment can be designed and constructed with different materials and installed on existing industrial reactors with volumes up to 10.000 litres.

All systems come with CE conformity declaration and can be provided with ATEX and PED certifications, where applicable.

Standard technical features

  • Design pressure: -1 ÷ +6 bar (sino a 50 bar)
  • Design temperature: -90 ÷ +280°C
  • Capacity: 10 ÷ 400 litres
  • Agitation units with various types of mechanical seals or magnetic drives
  • Vapor rising lines with tubular heat exchangers
  • Instruments like thermometers, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, temperature transmitters, level probes, conductivity, pH meters, rupture and regulation discs
  • Control instruments like level probes, load cells
  • Safety devices like pressure relief valves, safety valves, rupture discs
  • Collection tanks
  • Tubular sight glasses / visual passages
  • Support skid in light metal fabrication and AISI 304
